4. Uneven feed rates. Feeding may vary, with varying amounts. Ensure consistent feeding.
5. Die blockage: This causes secondary pelletizing within the die. The die should be shut down and cleaned.
6. Excessive differences in die openings. The pellet mill die should be replaced.
7. The pellet mill rollers may be unevenly tensioned. Check for uneven roller wear. Maintain a consistent gap between the rollers and the ring die. 8. If the ring die is not concentric, it is a quality issue. Replacement of the pellet machine's ring die is recommended.
