3. Optimize the quality and design of mold components, selecting long-life, wear-resistant pellet mill rollers and ring dies. Select the appropriate mold compression ratio for different raw materials. Properly adjust the gap between the roller and the die during installation.
4. Properly control the feed rate of the pellet machine. Overfeeding the pellet mill will prevent the raw materials from being produced and discharged in time, leading to material jamming. This will not only fail to increase production but may actually have the opposite effect.
5. Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment. The corresponding accessories of the pellet machine may have problems such as wear and aging. Discover and solve potential faults in time to avoid production line downtime and production capacity loss caused by faults.
