3. Uneven mixing of raw materials. Uneven mixing of raw materials within the pellet machine can make some of the stronger materials difficult to press or cause foreign matter such as sand, stone, or iron to enter. This can cause instantaneous excessive energy consumption and cause the equipment to heat up.

4. Severe wear. Over long-term use, the pellet machine and its various components wear out severely, generating heat from friction, which can further cause the internal temperature of the pellet machine to overheat and cause smoke.

5. Poor quality mold components. Using inferior mold components results in poor die hole finish, which increases material extrusion resistance, making discharge difficult and affecting pellet quality.
