3. Thickness: The pellet forming process is closely related to the thickness of the pellet machine's flat die. A flat die that is too thin may cause cracking, while a flat die that is too thick requires consideration of the pellet machine's power. Increasing the thickness of the flat die increases the compression ratio, and different raw materials require different compression ratios.
4. Manual operation, where the gap between the flat die and the roller is too tight, will increase wear during use. If the raw material contains hard objects, it will cause the flat die working surface to be uneven. For flat dies that can be installed on both sides, it is recommended to regularly alternate between installation and use to ensure more even wear.
