1. After being crushed and dried (moisture content 15%-20%), the material enters the pelleting chamber from the feed hopper;
2. The pressure rollers of the flat die pellet mill rotate at high speed under the drive of a motor, squeezing the material into the die holes of the flat die;
3. The material is compressed under high pressure within the die holes, forming high-density columnar pellets, which are then extruded from the other side of the flat die;
4. The extruded pellets are cut into preset lengths (usually 3-10mm) by a cutter and finally collected through the discharge port, completing the molding process.
