Flexible material adaptability: It can process a variety of materials such as biomass (wood chips, straw, palm shells), feed (corn flour + straw mixture), and organic fertilizer (composted manure + straw powder). It is especially suitable for medium-to-low hardness raw materials with a moisture content of 15%-20%, and has low requirements for raw material particle size (8-12 mesh after crushing is sufficient).
3. Controllable Production Capacity and Particle Size: Hourly output is typically 0.2-2 tons, suitable for the daily production needs of family farms and small processing plants. By changing the flat die with different aperture sizes (commonly 2-10mm), different specifications of pellets can be produced to meet various applications such as fuel, feed, and organic fertilizer.
4. Compact Size and Easy Mobility: Mostly vertical or small horizontal designs, occupying only 0.5-1.5㎡ of space. Some models are equipped with wheels, allowing for flexible movement to different sites without the need for fixed installation.
