The following fourteen common causes of pellet mill blockage are recommended for investigation:
1. The raw material particle size is too large. It is recommended to add screening equipment or replace the screen with a smaller one.
2. Uneven feed. When starting the pellet mill, the feed rate should be adjusted from a low speed to a uniform level, and the feed rate should match the rated capacity of the equipment.
3. There is material accumulation inside the pellet mill. It is recommended to clean the interior and remove any debris.
4. For new molds, it is recommended to grind them for about 20 minutes before production.
5. Low motor voltage. It is recommended to add a power distribution room or install a transformer.
