6. The pellet mill ring die is clogged. Stop the pellet machine, open the hopper, remove the material, and then remove the ring die for cleaning.
7. Bearing damage. It is recommended to replace the bearing with a good quality one and perform regular oiling and maintenance.
8. The raw material moisture content is too high or too low. The moisture content should be controlled between 13% and 18%.
9. The rollers are loose. Stop the machine to check and adjust the roller gap.
10. The scraper is defective. It is recommended to replace or reassemble the scraper, keeping it approximately two centimeters away from the ring die.
