There is a thick and hard layer of "rice crust" material between the ring die and the pressure roller of the pellet machine. The pressure roller cannot squeeze the raw materials out of the die hole, making it unable to rotate or slip. Especially after the machine is blocked, the temperature in the die extrusion cavity rises, which can easily cause the bearing to burn out and even serious wear of the pelletizing equipment. Through years of experience analysis, JNSHARE has concluded that the main causes of machine blockage are as follows:
1. 1. The gap between the ring die and the pressure roller of the pellet machine is too large, which will cause the material layer between the die roller to be too thick, the pressure roller to slip, and the raw material cannot be squeezed out, resulting in machine blockage.
2. Low voltage can cause the raw material to become lodged in the compression chamber, leading to a clog.
