What are the common locations of blockage in biomass pellet mills? (1)

2025-12-19 10:25:53

Pellet mills can granulate various raw materials with high efficiency, but some components can become clogged during production. For example, the filter screen, which filters particles to ensure purer raw materials and higher quality finished pellets, can become severely clogged after prolonged use, requiring regular cleaning. The feeder is another common clogging component. Its function is to transport raw materials stably and evenly, ensuring smooth operation of the entire unit. The feeder can also become clogged after extended use. If the raw material being fed is too large, severe blockage can occur, leading to a decrease in feeding speed.
