3. The particle size of the raw material is often overlooked. If the raw material particle size is too fine, the pellets will be brittle; if the powder is too coarse, it will increase the wear of the pellet mill's ring die and pressure rollers, increasing power consumption and reducing output.

Of course, to produce more finished pellets, it's not enough to just look at the purity and moisture content of the raw materials. JNSHARE believes that good pelletizing equipment is also necessary. A high-output, low-energy pellet machine, with properly matched pressure rollers and dies, can achieve a pellet forming rate of over 95%. If you encounter substandard equipment, a forming rate of 50% is already considered good.
