In actual production, many limitations often arise, leading to unsatisfactory pellet mill output. Several possible reasons can be identified and addressed:
1. The pellet machine die compression ratio is too high. When the compression ratio is too high, the resistance of the raw material passing through the die holes is large, resulting in hard pellets and low output. Additionally, if the ring die is out of round, it will also lead to high discharge resistance, resulting in rough pellets and difficulty in discharge, further reducing output.
2. The moisture content of the raw material is a factor. Too high or too low moisture content will also affect output. If the raw material contains too much moisture, the pellets will not form properly. If the moisture content is too low, the material will be difficult to compress into pellets, affecting output.
