What Causes Pellet Machine Blockage? (2)

4. When the pressure rollers become loose, the gap between the rollers and the die widens, reducing pressure and hindering smooth material discharge, resulting in blockage.

5. If the pellet mill's main bearing is damaged, the pressing components will malfunction, causing a large amount of material to be trapped during compression and become stuck.

6. A higher die compression ratio results in harder pellets but lower output, higher power consumption, and a greater likelihood of clogging.

7. Feeding too much raw material at once may cause the pellet machine to stop feeding.

When encountering clogging, it is recommended to first check for issues related to the raw material, such as whether the moisture content is too high, and then investigate other possible causes.
