Severe vibration in a pellet mill is sometimes not just due to a malfunction in the machine itself, but also to a problem during the pelleting process. These issues require the user's attention to ensure the pellet mill operates normally and sustainably. The following six reasons can cause pellet machine vibration:
1. Foreign objects entering the pellet mill's ring die. This is a common and relatively easy-to-solve situation.
2. Damaged pressure roller bearings. This will cause noticeable vibration during pellet mill production. You can manually rotate the pressure roller housing to increase the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die. If it still cannot rotate, or if there is vibration during rotation, the pressure roller bearing needs to be replaced.
3. Low temperature during mixing. This can cause difficulty in discharging material from the pellet mill's ring die, resulting in vibration.
