1. Check if the ammeter wiring is loose or if the ammeter is faulty. Replace or adjust the ammeter.
2. Raw materials should be screened before pelleting.
3. Add a variable frequency feeding device to ensure uniform feeding.
4. Replace worn feed cutters promptly.
5. Avoid prolonged overload production.
6. Tension or replace the belt.
7. Stop the machine and replace faulty parts.
